Five Monks of Shaolin Temple Vow to Travel to Wutai Mount on Foot

Five Monks of Shaolin Temple, master Yantang, master Yanchuan, master Yanxing, master Yankun and master Yanchi, vowed to travel to Mount Wutai for worship on foot on September 1 or the 17^th day of the seventh lunar month in 2023. The chief significance of hiking is to make our body and mind free from external matters. Hiking seems common but practical, walking silently while insisting on advancing in fact to practice and cultivate things and states of mind.
