Shaolin Temple solemnly holds the Buddha Bath Day ceremony

On May 5 in 2025, the 8^th day of the fourth lunar month in Yisi Year, is Buddha’ s Birthday, also traditional Chinese one of 24 solar terms, “Beginning of Summer”. This day, the ancestral monastery of Chan sect Shaolin Temple solemnly holds the ceremony, hoping sentient beings could share Buddha’ s kindness, clean dust and dirt, and attain super wisdom and coolness.
