The "five-limbed prostration" or "five-point veneration" is performed by dropping the body forward and stretching it full length, bringing both hands to the crown of the head, laying two sets of toes and knees, and the forehead on the floor. This is the most revered form of prostration, a respectful ritual performed in ancient Indian Buddhism.
