The cultural glamour of a nation is its soft power of culture. The cultural glamour lies in human edification and development. On Oct. 11, 2019, “President Xi Jinping visited the Indian civilization and Group of Monuments at Mahabalipuram accompanied by Prime Minister Modi. Both leaders traced the origin of the interactions between Sino-Indian civilizations from Bodhidharma to Shaolin Chan and understood wisdom of ancient civilizations of both countries that could solve diverse problems facing the world today.

Shaolin culture is a prominent representative of harmonious development of China’ s spiritual culture, material culture and social civilization. It makes life awake, revitalizes culture, evokes spirit, integrates the world and serves humanity. Self-confidence can blend in with others. Various civilizations all over the world are working towards understanding, communication, collision, reference and integration when sticking to its own cultural personality. Proceeding to the world, art and doctrine of Shaolin culture are big art and great doctrine. As China increasingly approaches the centre stage and the goal of great rejuvenation, Shaolin culture deeply rooted in fine traditional Chinese culture, must be carried forward to make contributions to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
