On June 25, 2024, the United Front Work Department of the Hainan Provincial Party organized representatives from Buddhist circles totaling 23 got to Shaolin Temple for investigation and study, receiving a warm welcome from Shaolin monks. They were accompanied by relevant leaders of the United Front Work Department of the Henan Provincial Party, the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Commission of Henan Province, Zhengzhou Committee for Ethnic and Religious Affairs, the department of the Ethnic and Religious Affairs of Dengfeng and so on to investigate.
