On the morning of the 2nd day of the first lunar month or February 11 in 2024, people followed Buddhists chanting sutra to bless the world peace and people releasing from suffering. After that, master Guangtong gave his dharma teaching. Then master Yanxiu, head of the UK Shaolin Xiu Culture Centre, expressed his gratitude to the Grand Monk Yongxin who sent masters here including master Shi Yanxiao and Shi Yanwu. The event also invited masters Shi Yanmeng and Shi Yandu from the Macao Shaolin Xiu Culture Centre, and master Shi Yanhe from the Germany Shaolin Xiu Culture Centre. Shaolin monks explained Shaolin culture, Shaolin aims and objectives, and some efforts to people that master Yongxin has taken to promote Buddhism and Shaolin culture in recent years, which won people’ s applause. 

The event continued from 9 am to 7 pm. There were around 400 people present including locals, Shaolin Kungfu enthusiasts, overseas students and so on. Shaolin culture is shared by the world.
