Shanghai Shaolin Kungfu Cultural Center hosted a series of Mid-Autumn Festival-themed events before Mid-Autumn Festival on Sept. 9, 2022. With the purpose of using the world language to tell Chinese stories in mind, the event particularly invited consuls of the Norwegian consulate and the Indian consulate to join together on a premise of a safeguard for the outbreak. Everyone felt joyful.

As the events began, head Shi Yanji of the Shanghai Shaolin Kungfu Cultural Center explained the festival’ s origin and significance as well as the basics of Shaolin culture. Then he guided Shaolin led Shaolin Kungfu monks in Kungfu practice and experiencing Shaolin regimen.

People produced a keen interest in traditional Chinese culture and Shaolin culture through a series of experience activities. They successively expressed, “This is a unforgotten Mid-Autumn Festival!” They hoped that similar activities could often be hosted in the future to know about and perceive traditional Chinese culture.
