On the morning of September 6, 2022 local time, invited by the Chinese Consulate General in Vancouver, master Shi Yandi, head of the Shaolin Temple of Canada, led his delegation there for visit, and presented consul Zhou Zhihua the invitation of the 2nd three loves for Shaolin culture festival Canada 2022 ＆ the 1st Asia metaverse summit forum.

Master Yandi explained preparations and progress of the international Shaolin cultural festival and then set forth development framework in the future of the Shaolin Temple of Canada. Master Yandi particularly mentioned Shaolin culture is extensive and profound. The Shaolin Temple of Canada has capability and also would love to blend Shaolin culture into their communities and commercial activities together with people from all walks of life and good-hearted people from all ethnic and racial groups, adding energy to each other and jointly getting achievements. For this purpose, master Yandi especially presented a piece of rubbings about The Three Teachings and the Nine Schools of Thought to the Chinese Consulate General in Vancouver.

Consul Zhou Zhihua represented the consulate general to give the Shaolin Temple of Canada six scrolls of traditional cultural themes in return.

Consul Zhou Zhihua said, “I believe master Yandi and his team will be able to shoulder responsibility of boosting Shaolin culture overseas. In the future, we will provide full support to activities of the Shaolin Temple of Canada meanwhile wishing the three loves of international Shaolin culture Canada 2022 a complete success.”
