To celebrate the 72nd anniversary of the Founding of the People’ s Republic of China, China Songshan Shaolin Temple organized all Shaolin monks to rise the national flag, praying for the prosperity of our country.

Shaolin monks stood solemnly in the square of the Gateway at 6:20 am and then the national flag guard escorted the flag entering the square. Shaolin Sangha sang the national anthem in unison and watched the Five-Starred Red Flag rise up slowly in the morning light of Shaolin Temple within the majestic national anthem.

Shaolin Temple organized Shaolin monks to watch the live broadcast of the commemoration day of martyrs to cherish and pay a tribute to heroes on September 30. Pay our respects to martyrs who sacrifice their lives for national independence, people’ s liberation, the country’ s prosperity and people’ s happiness. And also vowed to love the country and religion, forge ahead and make unremitting endeavor for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
