67 Shaolin Kungfu practitioners from across the country completed the assessment of the Shaolin Kungfu Duanpin system (the junior stage) successfully through a 4-day systemic training in theory and technique from Nov. 7 to 11, 2020. The 4^th training course of Shaolin Kungfu Duanpin System (the junior stage) completed their course successfully on the morning of Nov. 11. Venerable Master Shi Yongxin issued the corresponding certificate to the students in front of the Abbot Hall. 62 students gained the 3^rd stage certificate, 3 the 2^nd stage certificate and 2 the 1^st stage certificate among them.

During the training, abbot Yongxin visited students, learning more about their training and living conditions, encouraging teachers or coaches to teach and study carefully, and laying the solid foundation for graduation successfully. It was hoped that everyone could contribute to spreading and carrying forward Shaolin Kungfu.

Abbot Yongxin expressed his gratitude to every teacher or coach and congratulations to students who successfully went through the assessment at the promotion ceremony. He said obtaining the certificate of the junior stage was just a new begging of Shaolin Kungfu study, hoping that each student could take more efforts to practice Shaolin Kungfu and increasingly improve their Shaolin Kungfu skill level; in the meantime, it was hoped that all students could shoulder the task to carry forward and promote Shaolin Kungfu and benefit more people from practicing Shaolin Kungfu.

18 students of Shaolin Kungfu Duanpin system asked to be conferred the Three Refuges on the day of the promotion ceremony. Abbot Yongxin consented and also held the refuge ceremony for these 18 students. The students put their palms together devoutly, burned incense and paid their respect, showing their adoration from the bottom of their heart and strong identity for Shaolin Chan Wu culture.
