Shaolin Temple, the ancient monastery of Chan sect, launched the professional experience class of Chan cultivation firstly open-door to the Public in the early November of 2008 over 1500 years. The three-day Chan cultivation, food and lodging were in the Shaolin Temple scenery, experiencing Chan in isolated mountains, which is a pure feeling out of modern numerous and complicated life.

Shaolin Chan cultivation camp opened courses in sitting in meditation, walk meditation and move meditation as well as Shaolin Regimen study. People learn about relaxation and concentration through experiencing Shaolin Chan of Bodhidharma. In addition, these courses are also opened including Shaolin Chan tea, pilgrimage to the temple, vegetarian and having a meal in the temple, introduction of Buddhist ceremonies and Q ＆ A (questions and answers). People shaped their own philosophy of life through experiencing traditional life of the temple.
